Tonight’s dinner was a repeat of the delicious noodle bake I made a few weeks ago, blah, blah, blah, but more importantly, after dinner, we had smoothies!
Seriously, you guys, this was so easy!
- 2 frozen bananas
- 10 medium strawberries
- 1 cup of skim milk
- 1 handful of ice
Last night, I threw a bunch of bananas in the freezer (oops, didn’t peel them before freezing, but the Wusthof knives fixed that pretty quickly), and I swear that made the biggest difference in the texture of the smoothies. I might add a few extra strawberries next time (the color was pink but the taste was overwhelmingly banana – not bad, just really banana), but otherwise it was a nice, sweet after dinner treat. :)
