I can’t believe it’s already that time of year where the mornings are chilly and the leaves begin changing color. You know what that means! Sweater weather!!
Yes, Fall is upon us! I was waiting for the bus the other day, and for the five minutes I was outside, it was actually chilly. It’s supposed to be in the upper 70’s next week, but I imagine the crisp, cool weather is just behind that.
I began looking for my fall coat today, and would you believe that I actually found what I was looking for in just one day?? True story.
I made the decision early on that I did NOT want another black or gray coat, and that I wanted a plum color. Well…I actually found exactly what I imagined (plus some trendy sleeves) at Old Navy. Who knew?
I ordered it online because they’re not in the stores yet, so I hope I like it. Let’s just be honest…I hope I like it, because really I’m just lazy and don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it through the mail.

I returned it! I hated it when I got it. :( The 2-button empire waist thing was not working for me. So, I’m still on the hunt for the perfect plum coat.
